Sorry - I think saying "some people want everything for nothing" is in this situation just rude, and I'm dissapointed it comes from an IHG employee.
Appreciate you sharing your code with others here - it's very kind - but you said in your PM that the promotion had caused a lot of problems, and blaming RAs and Amb's for expecting benefits that they have paid for and not specifically excluded is not "expecting everything for nothing".
I'm glad that my suggestion has helped IHG, shame your tone wasn't a touch more appreciative.
