I have to say that Business elite is looking pretty sad by global standards thses days. Nice service and all, although I had a pretty bad piece of steak, but the seats are just plain bad. Tolerable in the cradle setting, they have all the comfort of an acid-spiked Iron Maiden yielded by Torquemada when put into sleep mode.
