What I am curious about is how this happened to you, because I have NEVER heard of something like this before in IST and am curious to hear the exact details..... You flew into IST on a domestic Turkish flight? You then transferred transferred to the international terminal and went through passport control (being stamped out of Turkey with a Blue or Black "Cikis" stamp)?? You then attempted to exit again, by passing through passport control, at which point they stamped you with a "Giris" and then cancelled it because you had already left the country once?

I am curious how you even got this far as inward passport control is one floor down, and is NOT accessible unless you have some special reason for needing to leave the terminal (sickness, cancelled flight, etc.). It sounds very strange. Please explain.
