You will be entitled to a hotel as your itinerary could not possibly travelled witout an overnight stay and you are booked in an eligible booking class. If you arrive before 8pm then there will be someone at the BA ticket desk in T3 to gove you the hotel voucher, if you arrive later than this you'll need to make your way to 5 to get it booked.
