Overnight Transit at LHR
Does anyone know if it is BA's policy to give complimentary hotel stays for unavoidable overnight transits at LHR? I'm booked in D class travelling from MAD to MCT... There isn't an IB/BA flight arriving early enough to cath the BA73... Errhh!!
