Sonoma is now showing from $159. I booked at the previous NFAF weekday rate of $139. There are other competitive options in Sonoma/Napa right now, though, and I was already wavering at $139.

Rates at the 2BR and 3BR residences in Telluride are still only $169 and $229, though, for those who are interested in a vacation in the mountains with family or additional guests. ^ (Getting there is a bit of a feat for most people, though. And availability is only offered within 90 days now.)

Miami's Turnberry Isle Resort is still showing rates from $119 on the night of the Freddie Awards just 15 minutes away in FLL.

I'm holding 2 reservations -- each for 2 nights in May -- at The Plaza for $239. I won't use one of the reservations. Is it possible/allowed to transfer my reservation into another FTer's name with their own credit card on the reservation? (I won't know which reservation I'll keep until I book my flights.)
