Totally agree with you.
La Estancia is one of my favorites in BAires. I have been going there since I was a small kid in the 60's when we lived in BAires. Superb food and great service.
Very similar to El Fogon. Clean, family service with good food, fresh and freshly made and relatively inexpensive.
