Can I ask one more question here. As a diamond member, and/or as a grand club guest, and/or as a suite guest, does anyone know if I can use the spa facilities (sauna, showers, etc.) free of charge? They let you do this in both the Park Hyatt Tokyo and Grand Hyatt Tokyo based off either club or diamond. How about Hong Kong?
