Where do you live, how far are you willing to fly, and how long do you want to stay?

If North America, not trans-ocean, and not more than about three days (and Florida is warm enough for you in May), then a big amen to Coconut Point. Love it for a quick trip but longer than that its not big enough. If longer is desired and Florida works otherwise, I'd pick out a second hotel and split the trip.

If flight time and cost are not issues and I'm staying a week I'd go to Hawaii.
