Pretty much everything on United, whether it's about upgrades, pricing, or promotions, is based on the scheduled departure date/time of the flight... so you should receive DEQM for the SFO-SYD flight. If you have further segments after that (where the scheduled departure is after June 15), then you likely will not receive DEQM for those.
