Well this so-called inoice arrived on the fax machine. I should scan it in as it is pathetic.

They said I should use the receipt on the back of the ticket book. Err, have they ever seena ticket? It says 'Retain this receipt throughout the journey", well thats no good if I need to claim the money back now for a ticket for July. Just sent them an e-mail about this, as I have just got home and my other tickets from AmEx have arrived all packaged up corectly with not 1 but 2 proper invoices.

Also mentioned in the mail about new Silver status, to ame sure that these 50k+ people that are no longer silver are shown the Y check-in queue if they try and use their old style Silver FC card at W check-in. Somewhat arrogant I know, but I earn my Silver status by miles every year,a nd don't want to see people their theat scraped through one year and have kept it since.
