Err the plot thickens!
You can get an invoice if you request one I was told today. So maybe asking 5 times is not enough nowadays.
You have to speak to the Revenue Accounts department and they will issue one.Not bad after a whole hour on the phone, their excuse:
Don't have the manpower to invoice as we sell so many tickets, maybe one of us in the IT industry could explain to them how simple it would be to implement the technology. If Expedia can manage it with the millions of tickets they sell, then theres no reason why those people at VS can't.
