Anyone else find it a pain that if you book a ticket with VS directly, you don't get a proper invoice for your ticket?

Book with anyone else even AmEx! and you get your tickets and a proper invoice you can use to claim the cost back from Expenses. Even worse is that I have to speak to custoemr services to have this simple thing done, and even then it won't be a proper invoice. Arrggghhhh!
