Yes, as I said, I've seen a few of these over the years. It's not a case of 'marching' them to the aircraft, (most of the time!), it's not how you would expect it to be. It's not always 'dodgy' folk, sometimes it's just passport problems.

The last guy I met, was just happy to be on the plane, he'd spent quite some time at the airport, hadn't had a chance to wash or sleep, hadn't had much to eat. He hadn't been let in to the US, but was just happy to be on the way home again.
