Agreed. I love my gadgets, but I'm not an "early adopter." It took me 9 months to get an iPhone after it first came out. In addition to the price drops, I also like to watch how new-fangled gadgets perform. I know that a lot of people feel burned when v1.0 of a gadget has tons of bugs/problems that are not there in v2.0, which often comes out very soon afterwards.
