That would be a good start. If their answer is not satisfactory, you should look up the issuing travel agent; phone them and fax/mail your ticket if a visit is inconvenient as you indicated. There are too many rules and exceptions in the business for anybody here to guess what will happen. You need to walk the path. Good luck.
