You could give FB a call to sort out the seat selection. After that, you should be able to modify the seat selection online.
I normally do all my flying on AF these days(convenience),however, I am flying from BOG to KUL with a transfer from CDG to AMS to enjoy the delights of KLM from AMS to KUL. The question I have regards online seating, with AF I get plenty of good choices but with KLM they are showing rows 40 to 43 and then from row 50 to 53 for the 777-300 into KUL, the return on a 777-200 they only show choices(limited I would add) from rows 33 to 43.
I thought with elite privileges you might have got more choice, are the above seating choices normal for this segment?

I called FB but they were as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike - "That's all we have available Sir".
What about emergency exit seats then?
"Do you know that some customers pay for those sir"
Yes I do but the new rules state that elites will get preference
"Oh yes Sir, but only if they are available and only from online check in 30 hours before departure"
Great...thanks for wasting my time!
