I just completed the survey.

There were quite a few questions about whether one would stick with a HHonors branded card even if the issuing financial institution were changed - wonder if they are considering dumping Citi or Amex ...

I took the opportunity in the comments to note that I did not feel that Diamond status is sufficiently recognized when checking in - many complain of lack of upgrades - also I am never greeted with "welcome to a valued diamond member"!
