We used to do lots of deportations on private jets back in the good old days (when the Government had money to spend on things like that!).

I think the best one we did was to Nigeria, the "willing volunteer" was sedated and strapped to a stretcher for the journey. By Nigeria the sedation had worn off and they weren't terribly happy with having to go home - anyway, the escorts handed the person over to the Nigerian authorities and, once the crew had put the aircraft to bed, went off to the hotel for the night.

Queue 12 hours later, the aircraft departs back to London. Before it landed in London, we'd had a phone call to do another deportation to Nigeria - (great from the business point of view), only to find out it was EXACTLY the same person!

Yep, in the 12 hours the crew had been in the hotel, the person had got back onto a scheduled flight to London and been detained again

We'd probably all be surprised at the amount of deportations that go on every day.
