Jeff,

whilst I haven't noticed the kiosk problem, it has been annoying to me as *G with THAI and *S with NZ. I need to book the flights with and use my THAI ROP account to get space+, then manually call Airpoints 0800 to manually change the flight to my AP account to earn SC and to show on MyAirNZ.com site....
