Sorry if our boarding caused confusion, This is part of the Polishing/Upgrading First process.

Starting with other OW Emerald members, but soon also including BA Gold, police escort courtesy boarding will be bestowed on all Emeralds travelling First.

Those in F with OW FF Cards in lower classes will be escorted off the plane.
