Same problem in uruguay...

A month ago, AAdv customer service suggested I change my account address to my sister's address in the US and ordered another card to be delivered there. Again....nothing.
I'm constantly changing my address back and forth between the US and Uruguay for the same reason. I've never gotten any mail from AA at our address here. Never got my EXP card when i qualified in Oct, nor at the new year. My wife and son have never gotten their PLT cards. I tried calling AA locally and asking if i could have THEM receive the cards and i could go pick them up.

They've been very unhelpful.

What's funny is AA doesn't seem to believe me when i tell them the mail all gets stolen. I mean if the official postal system worked, they would have to have each company deliver all bills by HAND to each house. Even state owned companies refused to use the state owned postal service. Insanity.

You'd think with AA flying to most countries in latin america they'd have somebody who realized the postal system doesn't work here.

Nice to know that i can claim it was lost and they'll send a replacement. I'll do that for all three of us, since none of us now have valid cards.
