A representitive at the airport denied me a ride! I think right now just from my recent experience, that if I were in that same situation, I could call my Ambassador from the airport, and she would have that car taking me away within 15 minutes, and if it were legal in this country, my favorite alcoholic drink waiting for me at the hotel just for the inconvience...
Anyway hope everything worked out for you, I would hate to arrive somewhere and be looking for a non-existant car!
I gave up on using the Ambassador. Instead, I called the hotel directly, talked to the concierge, and had a car service reserved within minutes with a confirmation number.

That was far more simple than the multiple e-mail and phone call exchange I had with the Ambassador that ended with her calling to give me several options, including buses (even though I'd requested to use the car service the hotel itself recommended). I kindly thanked her for her time and said I didn't need any more help. I was very polite about it.

I also fixed the error on the date for my dinner reservation on my own, earlier.

I won't be using the Ambassador program again, though I appreciate the effort the Ambassador made on my behalf. I applaud Starwood for trying something new. And I realize this is a "trial" program for a reason, so I thought I would give it a whirl. But I will stick with the Platinum Concierge and my own devices going forward.
