Some questions from a "virgin" flyer in Virgin's Upper Class

I have decided to take advantage of Continental's "firesale" on BusinessFirst and Upper Class seats this holiday season, and I have several questions that I am hoping some people can answer for me.

I will be traveling on the morning flight (800a)from EWR-LHR on an A340. Some of my interests are:

Is the Clubhouse in EWR open that early (500-600a?)

Are all of the A340s retrofitted yet with the newsleeper seats? Do they all have the bar and "massage" service? Is the massage service "included" in the fare, or are there additional fees on board? What is appropriate tipping for something like that?

Even though, it is a day flight, are you provided with a sleeper suit? What is the typical Upper Class amenity kit like?

Finally, Is it true that some of their A340s are configured differently? I have no way of accessing the current seat map (ITN still shows a 742 for this flight), and I have seats 2DG. How many rows are in the Upper Class cabin of the A340?

I am sure that I will have some more questions as time goes on, but I would appreciate some help with these questions and any other information people can provide.

Thanks so much, in advance.
