I stayed in the BackBay Hilton and received free breakfast vouchers for me and my guest for the duration when I showed my Gold VIP card. The room that I received was large and was larger than I expected.

One thing to bear in mind with the Hilton Gold from UK AmEX Plat is that you have to requalify every year for it with the required number of stays or nights.
