I just finished the survey and as Bear X220 posted, it was interesting how you were asked whether your loyalty was to the HHonors program or the issuing bank (Amex in my case). In the Comments section, I mentioned that it would be nice to have a suite upgrade program and that room upgrades are not that frequent at domestic Hiltons.
