I would be an occasional user. I would potentially pay around $10. In a pinch, I end up doing that 3-4 times a year as it is (in non-U.S. airports, usually).

In the U.S., I just tether my laptop to my Sprint PCS phone (for free), so it's a nonissue.

I hope the service is good enough to handle emails but lousy enough to prevent VoIP.
