T5 visa check desk - what about UK->intl connections?
Am flying through T5 tomorrow and oddly for me I'll be connecting from a domestic to a flight to NYC.

I've printed the boarding passes so what happens regarding via checks? A message flashed up telling me to go to a desk in certain zones landside at T5, but is there an airside option?
