I have had three of these passes, down to two credits remaining.

The logic of not allowing non-businesses or charities to buy this pass escapes me as well.

Their is an easy workaround.
AC wants your business name and GST/CRA number.

Business name could be anything, same for the GST number. You know that AC cannot access CRA records to match the two.

A GST/CRA number will look like this: XXXXXXXXXRT0001

While in the process of buying the pass and using each subsequent credit, AC will ask you to confirm you are aware of the rules that require all pax to be employees of said business. Tell what they want to hear.
