I have always had a good experience there, except one time in 2000, when the Back Street Boys were staying there. The staff were at the time, not very concerned with guests.....only with pulling out teenagers hiding in the loos, and other teens walking through corridors searching for the alleged singers.
The hotel had teens camped out outside 24 hours for the couple of nights our stay lasted.
Though, on check out, they apologised for any trouble and presented us with two robes.
