Critic is trying to protect his investment. He may well be right BTW. Especially if he/they work hard at it.

My bet would be that in the end there will be no second bankruptcy. This said, I am not brave enough/wealthy enough to buy AC stock at $0.85. So I am not going to put my money where my mouth is.
