For third-party bookings in the name of the guest checking in, it depends. For third-party bookings in the name of the guest checking in, stay and night credit are applicable for the guest if the payment is collected by Hyatt directly from the guest even if booking is made on another website or through another party; however, if the stay is prepaid with payment collected by a party other than Hyatt and with that second party settling payment with Hyatt for the room itself, then stay/night credit is not applicable.
