As said previously most East Coast destinations are 40k for a Y reward flight, 50k for a W reward flight and 80k for a J reward flight. This includes New York, Boston, Washington DC, Chicago, Orlando. For some strange reason Orlando and Miami are at the higher rate of redemption 40k Y, 62500 W and 100k J, the only reason I can think is that they are some of Virgin most lucrative routes and busiest throughout the year.
