Got to love those black cab drivers at LHR. I used to live in Ealing - then a £30-£35 fare - and the whingeing and moaning when I gave that destination, I couldnt believe. I heard from someone that Ealing is just outside the zone where they can get a pass that lets them jump the taxi queue back at LHR...but honestly....does the world owe you a living? Am I supposed to feel sorry that he didnt land a huge fare ?? After a few drives like that I finally turned on one of them...something along the lines of "we all have sh*tty days at work mate, so get over it, or pull over now and I'll take the tube".

Not another word . And I tipped him properly when I got home.
