UA loves to give out the "invitation" to this Gold lounge. Ignore the invite and the directions on the back of the invite (SAYING USE THE 1ST ESCALATOR) after immigration to the left. blah..blah...blah...

Instead, go past the first escalator, go to the second one, (you can see the Silver Kris lounge info on the wall), up the escalator and boom....right in front of you is the first and biz lounges (same location as the Private Room for full fare first on SQ).

Much better lounge. Better service, food, showers, and champagne on request!! ^

The only negative is it is a little bit of a walk to B5 or B6 which is usually the two gates UA uses in the am back to HKG and NRT.
