I don't know. I just tried comparing a regular return rental (KOA, May 17, 7pm-10pm) and a one-way rental (KOA to Waikoloa Marriott, same day and time) and got exactly the same rental cost. Obviously this is not an exhaustive search, but it looks to me like they are not charging more for one-way rentals...
