I logged on today without any problems and completed a survey about 5 or 6 days ago without problems.
My experience, however, regarding their lack of communication in general is very similar to yours. Once upon a time (not long after I became a member), I emailed them about a problem with redemption. They didn't respond. I kept e-mailing them over and over countless times because they were not responding, and I finally just gave up. My approach to Lightspeed Panel since is to just never expect a response from them.
