If I don't feel like flying I can usually get to where I need to be via Amtrak. I used to fly to DC and BOS all the time, but now usually just take the train.

I forgot about that one...

In PUW... I didn't have one either so I was literally stuck flying from PUW... with two non-stop cities... SEA or LWS... (LWS was part of the SEA-PUW-LWS-SEA triangle to make the two cities viable for QX)
