i just re-read my post above and realize how complicated it all sounds. this is a very confusing topic, even without code-talk.
to try to make things a bit clearer to follow:
if you want *b you will need to pull your cr from a service that offers your tu and eq reports daily that is not based on a service from tu or eq.
services that use ex as the service provider such as cct (*redit *heck *otal) or cs (*redit *ecure (i think that's what it's called)) are best. this is because ex does not have a *b problem and does not take steps to block it. bottom line: if you use cct and cs, because your tu and eq reports are coming from an ex based service (as opposed to a tu or eq based service) the tu and eq systems do not detect that *b is happening and *b gets through.
