There's not as well signed as the speed cameras on the freeways.

If and when a renter get's their photograph snapped, does National pass on that ticket information to the renter?

IIRC, under Arizona law, corporation-owned vehicles are not obligated to identify the operator of the vehicle.
YES you will pay the Ticket. And the ticket from a Camera is higher than that from a Law Enforcement officer. The photo is a lovely Hi-Res color photo and that is forwarded to the offender along with a copy of the rental agreement to show the renter that the offense was committed during their rental period. If there is no response from the renter and the ticket isn't paid...we do have your cc number on file.

But if you don't speed and you don't run any lights...heck there's no problem.

We now have 1000 photo radar speed cameras in the valley and lord only knows how many red light cameras. We lead the nation in 'red-light runners' here in the valley...and if you cut the number in Half...we STILL lead the nation! Hence the reason for the cameras. We also have three of the top 10 most deadly intersections in the country in PHX. (Can you say Agressive Drivers...sure you can!)

By the way...if you don't pay the ticket, there's a chance you could end up on the Do Not Rent list for unpaid traffic citations. So if you Do the Crime, Pay the Fine.
