A few years ago, some buddies of mine did MIA-IAD for 1 week...total bill was about ten dollars with taxes. They literally took a full week to get from Miami to DC...they hit just about every golf course they could find along the way. I was enormously disappointed I couldn't join them for that.

At the time, that promo would only book for a max of one week. Otherwise, I think they'd still be somewhere in South Carolina, working their way through Myrtle Beach.
