I have taken two short trips on B-A through their travel service and found them fine. What I like about B-A is that they have the "independent traveller" tours where I can book what I want and go at my own pace. Service was nice and I liked the fact theatre tix were included in the London portion. When I go back to London to meet Sir Merry I will
probably go with another B-A package.

One Hiss for B-A: Sorry they closed their traveller offices in the U-S. yes, I can book over the phone or through travel agent but I purposely went there just to listen to people who were attentive and helpful and not pushy
like some YANKS!

Virgin does have a travel store in their way
too big music store on Times Square (next to the virgin Cafe where I want Sir Richard to meet me!) Never tried their travel services.
