I still think that BA's new World Traveller will be able to compete with Virgin's premium economy. BA are offering various Jan - Mar holiday options (using ordinary aeroplanes) at reasonable prices. In future, when confronted with good offers from Virgin, you should, as Merry suggested, go to BA and ask them what they can do for you. They will probably be very helpful. The one thing Virgin is good for is keeping BA on its toes.
