Atuchan, don't know if you still need this information, but I found a route map (!) on the Varig France web site:

I have no idea if it is up to date, though the rest of the site is fairly current. The only other Asian airport that seems to be served is Nagoya (NGO) in Japan. There are flights from GRU-LAX-NGO on MD-11s.

All flights to JNB seem to be Varig metal through Europe (LHR, CDG, FRA) and then code shares on BA, AF and LH on to JNB.
