I rang You First to change my flights. The agent said that she would either refund the taxes less the £30pp service fee or that I could change the flights online, ring back and she would process a refund for the full difference between the old and new taxes.

She was kind enough to wait whilst I changed the flights online and then happily processed a refund for the full amount.
