Obviously are the EC fares to WAW not loaded yet. This can well be as this train is to my recollection not operated by Deutsche Bahn. However, what you can do for the date mentioned (and this appears to be very good value for money) is to take the 4.23 EuroNight train. You can get a "relaxer seat" for 29 Euro and will arrive in Warsaw at 10.35.
