When you book your flight through Delta. Access your itinerary on Delta.com with your airline conf. code and you can navigate to a tab called "change/edit frequent flyer number". Put in your continental number and it will show up on the ticket and if you are elite with CO it will reflect that too. Hope this helps. BTW...CO is about to join the Star Alliance so you will be all set at the end of the year.
