I hate to rain on this parade - but if the Diamond line didn't decline in quality so much - we wouldn't have raised such a fuss here that we were offered Private Line agents. That said my private line agent has been great (and proactive) in ways that the "old" Diamond line agents couldn't be.

That said, I hope that Hyatt would consider reforming the Diamond agent group since we on FT are just a small group of their Diamond customers. Some of the misinformation given out were totally appalling.
