I think you will find that the flights are real Jetstar tag on flights to the Oz-Indonesia sectors. Valu Air still exists because some government(s) would not transfer the flight permissions to JetStar Asia.

Once upon a time I did fly QF SIN-DPS-PER on a through ticket......
