Lord I hope I'm wrong, but I think the light blue were mainline routes, the yellow regional jet routes and the black turboprop routes.
I say that because if you look, all the California routes are light blue, the Air Midwest routes in Kansas are black and the Ohio Valley area is one big mass of yellow. (If anyone would like to double-check, the map is at 24:00 in the presentation.)
At the same time, I'm not sure this is an expansion map. It looks like a representation of their current service.
